CleverStaff can provide everything that is recorded and processed within the system behind the scenes.
The specialist on the client’s side receives all the necessary instructions: how to connect to the API, which endpoints to use, how to authenticate, what data is available and in what format, and so on. They then set up data transfer to Power BI or other tools and configure regular data updates there.
After that, recruiters, team leads, and managers can independently build their own reports, configuring everything they need: custom KPIs, automated funnels, time-to-fill metrics based on their own formulas, recruiter-specific reports tailored to management needs, and more.
