We’ve launched Gidni.ua – a space where businesses and executives can find each other without the noise, with a focus on meaningful connections, relevant experience, and confidentiality.
We’ve always wanted to help you do more than just manage vacancies – we want to help you attract the right people for them. CleverStaff’s public job pages were the first step, but they didn’t fully address this challenge on their own.
That’s why we decided to take a more systematic approach and created Gidni.ua – a platform designed to connect businesses with executives for leadership positions. Gidni helps businesses find relevant executives, introduce them to suitable opportunities, and open the door to professional dialogue with potential employers.
Not a mass influx of applications, but targeted search
For CleverStaff users, the process will be as convenient as possible: Gidni help attract relevant talent to your vacancies, and you receive applications directly in CleverStaff 💪
In strategic hiring, the number of applications isn’t always what matters most. Gidni takes a different approach: helping businesses find the right executive faster and start a professional dialogue with them.
Over time, the platform will use artificial intelligence algorithms to help identify profiles that match the requirements of specific positions. This means employers won’t have to rely solely on the chance that the right person will come across their vacancy.
Confidential positions
Executive hiring often requires a high level of confidentiality. That’s why Gidni offers a confidential hiring feature, allowing businesses to share information about a role only with selected platform members.
This gives employers greater control over who can view a position and with whom communication begins.
No separate registration or payment required
We want CleverStaff clients to be able to try this new sourcing channel with ease. That’s why CleverStaff clients can currently try Gidni for free during the introductory period.
There’s no need to register separately on Gidni or pay for platform access to manage applications through CleverStaff.
What are we doing now?
Your executive vacancies are already listed on Gidni, and we’re starting to promote them.
At launch, Gidni is still building its community of executives, so don’t rush to look for applications just yet. We’re dedicating the first few months to attracting the right audience.
So, if you haven’t received any applications yet, that’s completely normal. Give us a little time to grow the Gidni community 🙂
