Gidni.ua – a new platform for executive hiring

We’re preparing a new executive search solution for CleverStaff clients – Gidni.ua.

From a Public Job Posting to a Fully Fledged Platform

CleverStaff has long offered a public job posting page that can be shared with candidates. While these pages clearly need promotion, we haven’t had a way to attract candidates to them effectively. They lack a dedicated candidate account and a fully fledged interface where candidates can create and save their profiles and resumes, browse opportunities, and interact with employers.

We decided to tackle this challenge systematically and created Gidni.ua, a platform designed to attract executives to leadership positions.

Gidni will invite executives to explore relevant opportunities, apply for positions, and initiate professional dialogue with employers. Communication can remain anonymous when the nature of the search calls for it.

For CleverStaff users, the process will be as seamless as possible: Gidni attracts candidates to your vacancies, and you receive their applications directly in CleverStaff. 💪

Focus on Executives

Gidni will focus on executives with management experience who are open to new career opportunities. We know these positions can be particularly challenging to fill. And working with an executive search agency can make the process very expensive.

The platform will cover a range of professional areas, including CEOs and directors, recruitment and HR, marketing, and more.
