Email templates and automated sending of emails and tests

We are pleased to introduce the first major update of 2023: email templates and the ability to set up automatic sending of emails and tests to vacancy stages.

A new section “Email Templates” has been added to the account settings. There are two types of templates in this section: your personal ones and general ones for the entire account. Personal templates are available only to you, while general templates are available to all users of your account.

General templates can be edited by the Administrator and Recruiters who have been granted such access by the Administrator in the settings.

Please note that the operators (for example, [[full name]]) that you specify in the template will work. You can use these templates when sending regular emails to candidates, emails when transferring candidates through the stages of Interview and Offer, and in our new occasions.

Also, you now have the opportunity to set up an automatic email or test to be sent to any vacancy stage.

How it works: in the Stages settings in the Vacancies (where you change the order of stages, create and add new stages to the vacancy), you select the stage you are interested in, continue with its editing. In the editing window, select whether you want to add sending an email or a test (you can select both), then choose a template for the email and the test you want to send. The last thing you need to choose after the candidate is transferred to this stage, is whether you shall send an email or test. That’s it! Save the changes in the edit window, and after that, all candidates who will be transferred to this stage will be sent an email or test.

These automatic actions can be set, deleted and edited by the Administrator and Recruiters who have been granted such access by the Administrator in the settings.
