CleverStaff at the HR Challenge Poland 2023 forum. What was it like?
Do you know where you can meet… the beautiful goddess Artemis, preferably in full growth? Approach her, get to know her, take a selfie, eat a chocolate bar together, and discuss something important and quite mundane? But recruiters who follow international events know that this was possible at the HR Challenge Poland 2023, in which CleverStaff participated.
About the HR Challenge Poland 2023
HR Challenge Poland is one of the largest events for recruiters in Poland, which this year took place on March 8-9 in Warsaw, at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Traditionally, the forum gathers an exclusively professional audience. The vast majority of participants and guests are top managers (including HRDs, CFOs, sales executives, etc.), recruiters and HR team leaders, young professionals and assistants.
What was the most memorable part of the CleverStaff corner?
The main feature of the CleverStaff presentation area was the luxurious Artemis, the modern patroness of recruiting, which attracted the participants of the event like a magnet. There was even a “chain reaction”: when people were at the coffee stand enjoying the goodies, they kept looking at Artemis – one participant, then his interlocutor, and so on repeatedly. Of course, they approached, got to know each other, and took pictures. It was impossible not to notice the slender and beautiful recruiter, and even more to pass by without taking a few photos.
What were we talking about?
HR Challenge Poland 2023 held sessions for 2 days in areas related to the new organizational structure of companies and business protection and development. The issues of leadership, motivation, competencies and obligations of employees, development and retention of talents were raised. They even touched upon the topic of psychological health.
Everyone was able to discuss this and other trendy topics in recruiting with the CleverStaff representatives and personally with the company’s CEO Yevhenii Izotov. “The participants were actively interested in automation, and it was very pleasant”, Yevhenii recalls. – “And it was even more pleasant to present our own know-how – gamification, which has a very positive effect on the recruiter’s emotional state. Given that the issue of mental health is very important to our Polish friends, we are the only ones in the world who offer a solution to this problem”.
What is the result?
At the end of the HR Challenge Poland 2023 – the evening of the 2nd day – there was probably not a single participant who had not listened or talked to CleverStaff. These were really cool, interesting, promising meetings. Our team gained a tremendous amount of experience. And most importantly, we made sure that as many Polish professionals as possible learned about the Ukrainian recruiting system, which, along with automation issues, additionally solves the problem of emotional burnout, helping recruiters feel more productive and happy.
