New function in the CleverStaff system – “Recommended candidates”

How much time do you spend to select relevant resumes for open vacancies? We know that this may take more than one hour. Now with the new feature “Recommended candidates” in the CleverStaff system, this will take you a few minutes. You just need to enter the search criteria for candidates, and the system will scan your database and give those who are more likely to suit you.
Near names of proposed candidates have displayed the percent of how much they coincide with the vacancy requirements. If near the candidate’s name mark “100%”— it fits in all the specified parameters.
