Big news — Voithos AI has become even smarter! Now, instead of asking you to clarify the experience of candidates who clearly don’t match the job requirements, it simply suggests moving them to “Not suitable” in just one click. Here’s how it looks in the system:

This means you can now filter out unqualified candidates instantly — and focus your attention on those who really stand a chance.

There are a few more updates already live in the system:

✅ Many of you know that we allow you to hide a job from public view. Previously, this could only be done after the job was created — not ideal.

Now, you can set a job to private while creating it, which is far more convenient.

✅ We’ve also significantly sped up how we parse feedback from published job ads — on average, 3 to 5 times faster across all job boards!
This means you’ll receive candidate responses in CleverStaff much sooner. And in today’s fast-paced recruitment world, even a few minutes can make a big difference, right? 🙂
