CleverStaff Update: adding region selection to vacancies and improving auto-matching

We keep improving CleverStaff to make working with vacancies even smoother. In this release, we’re introducing key updates that help define job locations more precisely and enhance automatic candidate matching.

Adding region selection for vacancies

You can now select an entire region (Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Oceania, or Africa) when creating or editing a vacancy.

This means you’re no longer limited to choosing a specific country or city – you can target a whole region, such as all of Europe or Asia, in just a few clicks.

The feature is built with an easy-to-use switcher, so switching between options feels natural and intuitive.

Multiple countries in one vacancy

The Country dropdown has become more flexible: you can now select up to three countries for a single vacancy.

When multiple countries are selected, the city field is automatically disabled to avoid confusion.

These same improvements are also available when creating vacancy requests.

Improved advanced search

The Advanced Search feature now includes a single dropdown for selecting regions, countries, and cities – making it easier to manage and filter locations. Key benefits include:

• Selecting up to 15 locations at once,

• Searching vacancies not only by specific countries or cities but also by entire regions,

• Automatically including all countries within a selected region (with the option to fine-tune them manually).

Smarter auto-matching

Our auto-matching system is now even more intelligent. It recognizes the relationship between countries and regions. For instance, if a vacancy is posted for Europe and a candidate lists Spain as their location, the system will treat it as a match – and vice versa.

These updates make working with international vacancies more efficient and help you find the right candidates faster – wherever they are in the world.
