These recommendations will enter the CleverStaff auto-selection and will be displayed at the top of the list.
Let’s move on. Imagine that you have a lot of good candidates in your database, but their data (name, position, location, experience, skills, language, education, certificates, contacts) was updated several years ago. But now, instead of searching for these professionals across all social networks, you need to click one button to try to update their data through Wandify. After all, the service has a huge database of candidates and their contacts, which it continuously refreshes.
If 5 recommendations are not enough for you, you can click the “Search on Wandify” button to start searching for new candidates directly in the Wandify database, where you will receive even more candidates for consideration. We would like to note that after switching to Wandify, filters will already be applied according to the requirements you specified in the vacancy – this will significantly simplify the search.
You automatically get the ability to save candidates from Wandify to the CleverStaff system by exporting their profiles. In addition, we mark candidates who are currently looking for a job. Convenient, right?
