Big Voithos AI update: revolutionary search and selection capabilities
Dear friends, we have released a major Voithos AI update just in time for the Christmas season!
Just a reminder: Voithos AI is an intelligent assistant in CleverStaff that can correctly recognize the experience and skills in a candidate’s profile, rank applicants according to the best match for a vacancy, and facilitate high-quality auto-recruitment. Thanks to our update, the “hard skills” of our Voithos AI have been significantly enhanced. Why?
Voithos AI now suggests what to ask the candidate. If you do this in the messenger or over the phone, you will save time on interviews, and some of them will no longer be necessary. If you do it at the interview, you won’t forget about the main thing and will communicate more effectively.
In general, Voithos AI now shows which experience meets the job requirements, which is not listed by the candidate, and which is available but not at a sufficient level.
In the same window, you can immediately edit these criteria and save the changes to the candidate’s profile. Please note that this window can be opened by clicking on the percentages next to the candidate’s name. This feature is available in Recommended candidates, as well as in the Applied People stage and Long list stage.
Voithos AI can now recognize requirements in job descriptions. And, accordingly, it takes them into account in candidate recommendations and tips on what to clarify. That is, if you didn’t specify something separately in the relevant fields, but simply noted it in the Description, Voithos AI now takes this information into account as well.
Recommendations of the previous version, which has been working since April 2024, improved too. So, this Voithos AI update will help you select candidates from our recommendations or reviews quickly and efficiently, and will also simplify your interview preparation.
