CleverStaff Integration with AlphaSMS for effective communication with candidates

Dear friends, today we are excited to announce that we have implemented an integration with AlphaSMS, a service for sending SMS messages.

With an AlphaSMS account, you can integrate it with CleverStaff and gain the ability to send SMS messages to your candidates. You can connect your AlphaSMS account in the “Integrations” section, but only a user with an Administrator role can do this. To integrate, you only need to enter two fields: Alpha Name and API Key, which you can find in your AlphaSMS account settings.

Once integrated, you will be able to create individual SMS templates in CleverStaff, send SMS messages to a single candidate (to one or multiple phone numbers), or to a group of candidates. Additionally, you can set up automatic SMS sending when a candidate moves to different stages of a vacancy (in addition to the existing options of automatically sending emails and tests).
