There are some the new features of CleverStaff.net in last weeks.
1. The search of candidates is improved. Words in search could be “words through AND” (all mentioned words could be in candidates’ profiles) and “words through OR” (any from a few words must be mentioned in found candidates’ profiles).
2. A field “source” has been added in candidate profile. Auto-complete function works for it.
3. The possibility of writing multiline comments has been added. The text of comment will not be flounder in one line.
4. Additionally interface of the vacancy page has been improved. Due to the possibility of adding company logo, you can post vacancies with your company logo on social networks now. I will show an example separately.
5. During saving the candidate profile from LinkedIn the search by contacts of the same candidate profile is executed in your CleverStaff account. It was from the beginning.
And now we have done that the phones’ numbers in different formats have been identified. We improved search for duplicates.
6.The duplications of candidates’ profiles were checked only by contacts earlier, when the candidate CV was being added into the CleverStaff database. The main change is that the duplications of candidates’ profiles are checked by name and surname during the adding candidate CV into the CleverStaff database.
7. Sending a mail with candidates to clients improved.
8,9,10,11. The algorithm of identification the positions in CV is improved. The algorithm of the selection of recommended candidates is improved. Some mistakes have been corrected in the program and in texts.
